We assure to send you the item of high quality and most safety packaging. We always test your ordered products functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you, so our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully confirm your size before buying (a size measurement will be shown below each item).

If you are not satisfied  with the items you received, it is easy for you to get a refund. Please contact us if there is any problem within 14 days of receipt . We do our best to serve our customers the best that we can.

Refund Policy 

  1. If the item is damaged or if defective / wrong item shipped, please inform us within 3 days of receipt in detail. Please send us the item in original condition, unused, undamaged first and we will refund the payment on time when we receive the item. However, the buyer should make sure that the items returned are in their original conditions. If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and we will not give the buyer a full refund. The buyer should try to file a claim with the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the items.
  2. If there is no item in stock and you disagree to replace with the similar item , we will refund in full .Before we refund the payment , the item should be returned in original condition and the return postage is charged by the buyer .
  3. We will offer full refund only if the item hasn’t arrived after our shipping rates, or the parcel was lost during delivery. We will refund in full based on the confirmation of post office.
  4. If merely for customers’ personal preference we do not accept the refund.

Returns And Exchange Policy

We will gladly accept exchange or return of full price, unworn, unwashed unmarked, unaltered and undamaged merchandise. You can choose to return items to our China center, please ask customer service for address.

Return Process

 Please note, your return must be within 14 days of receipt.
 Refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.
1. If you're not satisfied with the products received, please contact our customer service first for further help. If you return for refund, our Customer Services Representative will arrange the refund for you after receiving the returned items.
The following information is required when you reflect the problem:
Order number
Full name
Order date
Image of defective beads.
2. Pack it up. Items must be in original condition and must not have been altered, worn or washed. All tags must be attached. All garments are dispatched with attached tags. If the tag is removed the item no longer qualifies for return.
Any garments returned to us with makeup/fake tan or any other markings/stains will not be refunded or exchanged. Garments that have been damaged in any way will not be exchanged or refunded.
Biscloset reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed. If a returned item is denied, the goods will be returned to the customer.
3. Send it off. Send us the tracking number so you can follow its journey. 
4. Once your package is received by us, we'll issue the refund back to the original form of payment. Depending on your bank, you should see the full amount in 3-7 business days.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Tights, jewelry, swimwear and Accessories are not allowed to be returned or exchanged.
